I recently engaged Phong Nguyen - ProWeb365 - for creation of a new website. He was selected from among four proposals, and I am very happy with my beautiful, professionally prepared website. Phong's prompt almost every other day attention to details and guidance were very helpful, and the website was completed in less than 30 days. I am certain the website will improve the understanding and awareness of my company, with its clarity and excellent overview. The images Phong selected add a lot of good visual effect, that really makes it special. And Phong's suggestions for marketing, using the website as an anchor platform are well received. 5 stars is not enough, an again my personal thanks to Phong for his professionalism. J. The website for our non-profit group was severely hacked recently and I (a DIY, learn-as-I-go volunteer and not a website professional) thought we were in serious trouble, so I contacted ProWeb 365 for help. They were very responsive and provided very good advice. Turns out I was able to restore our website to an older version and didn't need to have ProWeb 365 do anything, and they immediately offered to refund the fee I'd paid. Great work ethics! If I ever really need their services I'll certainly give them a call.

I found ProWeb365 while searching on the internet. At first, I was very reluctant with ProWeb365 because of my experience with an unprofessional website company that provided a less-than-quality website due to our budget, and they asked for a retainer fee of $3,000 prior to making any corrections or asking any questions. Oh yes, my guard was up!Phong was patient and proved himself to be worthy of our trust. There are website companies that live by the motto: You get what you pay for. This is not Phong. We had limited funds after paying a website company who had done a terrible job on our website, and we were a start-up company with a small budget. Our online business, Her Time Wellness, requires a professional look with an easy-to-navigate website. Phong worked within our budget, provided professionalism, expert advice, and returned our emails and phone calls promptly. Phong and his team worked late nights on our project and completed the project prior to the deadline.Overall, ProWeb365 gave us the best customer experience possible. Phong at ProWeb365, really took on a lot when he agreed to do our non-profit website (Minnesotans for Safe Driving) as one of his first non-profit jobs, five years ago. It was very involved and challenging but he was always easy to work with and followed my direction and ideas.Because I was impressed with his work, I asked the company to do our business website too. He is only a telephone call away and responds quickly to my changes and updates which have been many. The company has even upgraded the site at no cost and that upgrade really was impressive.
