1. Initial Consultation
First, our digital marketing professional will meet with you in person or via video conference call to become better acquainted with you and your business. After we have learned about your business and identified your needs, challenges and goals, we will do our research and analysis and then provide our recommendations.
2. Contract, Business Research and Content Gathering:
Once you decide to move forward, we provide you an official service agreement contract for your project. We will also further research your organization and industry to identify your targeted audience, opportunities and competition. Using this information, we then propose a website design and marketing approach that will help effectively market your products and/or services online. This also includes a review of the type of content, images and graphics that will serve you effectively.
In addition, we will identify keywords that your targeted audience is likely to use when searching for your products and services. Our SEO specialist will strategically embed these keywords into your website during the on-site optimization process (see step #5.)
3. Demo Designs
We create website designs (demos) to show you. Our team will then work on your favorite design, listening to your feedback, and make adjustments until we produce a design that delivers complete satisfaction on your part.
After you are happy with the designs, we will begin coding it into a functional website, embedding your previously selected keywords. During this process, we ensure that your coded website is search engines friendly and compatible with the five major web browsers (Google, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera and Safari). These features, combined with a stellar website design, are the key components that will make the difference between a “good looking website” and an “effective website.”
5. Website Review, On-site Optimization and Launch
When your website is completed and populated with your finalized content, we will go through your website one more time and perform an on-site optimization before launching it online at your official domain. This way, we ensure that everything is well positioned and functions properly.
Additional service (optional): Search Engine Optimization (SEO) — If you want your website to be on Google’s Page One for a number of keywords (chosen in step #2), then SEO will help you get there. SEO is more than just a properly coded website. It also covers online marketing processes such as link building and website marketing, which gradually help push your website’s ranking to Google’s Page One.
6. Website Maintenance Coaching and Follow Up
